For two years I was the Social Media and Reputation Management Liaison for NP Dodge Property Management. This page has examples of work I did pulled from the Facebook pages of NP Dodge Property Management and some select apartment complexes managed by them also.
These five posts showcase a variety of reasons for posts on the company’s main Facebook Page.
One of my tasks for this position was scheduling the lights on 8 different commercial buildings to change colors based on different city events and all holidays which I programed in two different programs for the whole year and as needed.
I also posted every new hire for the company, and all anniversaries for current employees.
This company managed 30+ different apartment communities that I helped market online. On the main company page we would highlight different properties for a variety of reason such as a new build or just reminding followers where on our website they can see availability for all of our units.
I created a variety of different “Now Hiring” graphics to post throughout my time at this company.
I created informative graphics for residents of the apartment communities as well that were relevant for the time they were posted.
Original graphics were created for every holiday, posted on the main company Facebook page and all apartment communities pages.
Interactive posts were created to increase follower interactions, such trivia posts and “This or That” posts.
This following section is examples of posts created for the individual properties. While only a few apartment complexes are shown here, I did create posts for 20+ different properties.
The following examples show that while each property may have followed the same posting calendar, posts were created in variations to ensure each property had its own unique posts.
